Hertz Car Rental - Canoga Park - Canoga Avenue

I have rented cars for a long time and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had The car they gave me looked like it haven’t been cleaned in months The windshield and the back window were super dirty couldn’t even see anything The front windshield and the front of the car were full of dried bugs the driver window had a scratch that limited the driver visibility’s especially at night it has a warning about a tire that had to be serviced the whole car was really dirty the tires looked like they drove it in a mud pit and as I drove there was a rattle noise all over the car it felt really unsafe to drive I called right after I picked up the car to try to switch vehicles and they told me they didn’t had any cars to call the next morning I called the next day and they also told me they didn'

It's a shame. Someone texted me about how I was with the car. I tell them my issue and sent these photos and heard nothing back. It's 5a. I cannot find Associates. The car given to me was disgusting. It looked like someone had thrown up in the back and it smelled of alcohol. Very unclean. Renters beware. These folks do not care.

Dom is the man! Super efficient and helpful. Have been renting at this location for the past 3 years. Never had any bad experience. Highly recommended!

Worst rental place ever! Don’t go to this place if you want to deal with normal & professional people. Always running out of cars whether you have a reservation or not. Enterprise is just a block away, go there.

Stephanie is the rudest person I have ever met. She is also not the smartest. She couldn't find my reservation even though i have a reservation number and made me wait 30 min. Then she gets mad and tells me they dont have ant teslas even though that's what I reserved. Then when I ask how I got the reservation she cussed me out and refused to process my reservation. She would not give me her business card but she claimed her name is Stephanie.
