Hertz Car Rental - Concord - Concord Concord Aviation Hle (MHT)

Every time I went here, there was no representative here. Had to wait 30 to 50 minutes for them. At this time, there's only one representative there. Its still annoying having to wait on service. The phone is never answered. A sign in the establishment says it's open 9-12 on Saturday. But it's actually closed. New Hampshire is a tough place to keep a car clean this time of year, so be prepared to get a car that's filthy on the outside. Once the rep is there, the transaction proceeds quickly, which is nice.

The people here are fantastic. I had a minor issue with the vehicle I had but they took care of me and helped me out without even batting an eyelash. It is a small office but renting from them you feel like family. I am having to use them once again. That small business/family feel is definitely the reason why I am going back.

Well, after a few frustrating moments with the airlines and the real ID baloney… I made a decision to drive to our location in Florida from New Hampshire… I can’t really speak for other Hertz rental locations other than the one in Concord, New Hampshire at the airport where i dealt with Mike…. Mike was phenomenal… He did everything to me get me the vehicle that I was hoping to get as well as the price was in the range I Budget for… I would without hesitation recommend Mike at The car at New Hampshire Hertz rental car Location 100% of the time… Mike was very professional and down to earth… No Nonsense to deal with, etc.… Great guy I am very professional In a down to earth way… Thank you again Mike !

Awful awful awful. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They take reservations without cars to rent!!!! They call you an hour before pick up to tell you they can't fulfill the reservation. No problem taking your money right away; they're great at that. But rentals cars? Horrible

Your Concord office sucks. It took the person a half hour toe debit my credit card because you hto ave a new system. That is not my fault. And you send an email to confirm your reservation but neglect to say you have a $500.00 hold for the rental in addition to your rental charges. This again is not my fault. I have to deal with other companies to pay bills because I got an extra $500 taken out of my account. I know it is refunded when you return the vehicle. But in the meantime I have to work with other creditors to pay my bills. This is not an acceptable way to do business. I will never rent for your company again, nor would I refer to anyone.
