Dissatisfied with my rental during my carving a paint and bump repair shop for 11 days cost me over $1,100 and on my AARP number they never asked me that question and I never got that discount. I'm not satisfied. Plus I never got a senior discount. I'm 60 years old.
Serious fail. I reserved a car as I brought my car to a mechanic. When I got to the location there was a sign on the door saying be back in 40min. No idea when the 40 minutes started but I sat there waiting for 1.5 hours until another customer showed up and he drove us both to Enterprise to get cars. The number doesn’t work when you press to speak to someone. Enterprise was great!

Long story short, they hire great people. The company falls way short of running a business where customers are priority.
