The customer service is terrible, even for Gold Plus Rewards President's Circle members. The man on the left is unpleasant and not customer-oriented. He works on Fridays. If you can't smile at customers or resolve their issues, find another job. I reserved an SUV a few weeks before my arrival. When I arrived, they told me that only one car was left, which was not suitable for a family trip. There was a minivan and other cars in the parking lot at the same time. But he said he could only give me that one. I agreed. The registration process was very slow. They didn't move at all. Excellent service from the gentleman who assisted me around 12:30 on 2/16. He was extremely helpful and professional, made the rental process seamless. Even though I missed his name, his outstanding attitude deserves a 10/10!

I had a reservation for a small sedan for 12pm. I was hoping to just get a set of keys and walk out as usually happens thanks to my President’s Circle benefits. When I arrived I was told the only cars they had were (1) a 7 seater SUV for $50 more daily rate or (2) a fully electric vehicle with only 40mi of battery left; and otherwise I’d have to wait for them to bring more cars. Sometime later another client arrived, and that client was told there was a car with a “J hold” that they were working on releasing and in a few minutes it’d be available for that person. I asked why it was being offered to him instead of to the other people who had already been in line, and was told that a Jeep Compass was arriving for me in 15min but that they’d be able to offer me the “J hold” car if the lateco
