Hertz Car Rental - King Of Prussia - E Church Road

I had a smooth and positive experience renting with Hertz. The reservation process was easy, pickup was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean, comfortable, and ready on time, which made my trip much less stressful. Returning the car was also simple and efficient.

Online, all the legwork was completed. At least that's what it indicated after signing up for Hertz Gold membership and giving it my debit card information - which was supposed to reduce my outlay for the amount placed on hold. I was to find out in person that having read all the fine print online was of no use since accepting a major credit card in my name was the ONLY option they'd accept. The guy, who never offered a place for me to sit (walked past his desk and asked if I could use a chair pushed into a corner) sat at his desk with my license and my debit card beside his keyboard wondering why I was asking, "what next?" Had a great experience. I got stranded a few weeks ago. I called the Hertz in King of Prussia and told them my situation and even though they were about to close the 2 gentlemen waited until I got there so I could rent a car and make it home. The car was beautiful, clean, and they were so pleasant to talk to. Thank you!

The Indian looking guy was very rude. When I walked in he had me and my son wait for 20 minutes before he helped us. When he finally helped us I told him I was looking for a suv he said he had one so I ask to see it. He told me it was too far to get it and to just google it. I told him I wanted to see it before I book. He said just google it. I booked it anyway and when he bought the car up finally it was to small. So I ask him to cancel. Then I ask him for a receipt he said they don’t give out receipts . I asked him to give me something of proof that he canceled it. A day later the money still not showing a pending return so I called up there and the same guy started arguing with me telling me I don’t have common sense. Crazy. Hertz service is great in airport. But I kicked the iron board in the KOP branch office. Their phone can’t go thru most time when I have the emergency and extended service. Just nobody answers and CS didn’t answer clients with commercial protocol procedure and force us to accept their unreasonable ideas. They hang out phones instead if you insist your points. Don’t rent the car there or their rental service is worst that I never had. Promising first but they change sayings all the time and no-one answers phones most time.
