Hertz Car Rental - Knoxville Airport

Jessica B .sure was Heaven sent to walk me thru the process of renewing my DL that I was unaware had expired in order to be able to receive our rental car the day before we left for vacation.She went above and beyond during the entire rental transaction. THANK YOU AGAIN JESSICA!

I had an amazing experience with this rental car company! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding Jessica B. Is who helped us. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off. Returning the car was just as easy. I highly recommend them and will definitely be renting from them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a licensee. RUDE and RUDE service for Gold President’s Club members in the parking garage. We booked 2 months ahead and had to wait 30 minutes for our car that had damage to the back tire wheel. 2 others got a car after us. DIRTY DOG prints. No washer fluid. No upgrades offered. We were told we couldn’t upgrade because we prepaid. Stupid us. Asked for corporate number and she sent us on a wild goose chase. Wrong number. Thx. McKenzie!!! Couldn’t tell the agent because she was closed up by the time we circled the car. Didn’t ask about upgrade, damage issues or gas consumption. Just marked all decline so she could go home? Calling ANYONE is a joke. All kinds of Palisades there. Would have loved that! Sad lack of caring or initiative to make an upgraded sale! Do your job or don’t work

So, to set the scene, we rented a car to drive from Kentucky down to Atlanta for long weekend trip. We wound up on the side of the road at 9pm in Knoxville, TN with a flat tire. We called the rental customer service and our own roadside service, but nothing could be done at that time of night, so we were stuck and going to be out of a lot of money, possibly missing the event we were going to Atlanta for in the first place. At this point we were beyond tired and frustrated with the situation. On a whim, we decide to go to the Knoxville airport to see if we could exchange the car or at least get another rental to continue on our trip. We get to the Hertz counter at the airport and Tanner, sweet angel baby that he is, took care of everything. He had one singular car left, traded our old for

Make sure to go into to terminal to rental desk, then into garage. Did not get the car we requested, was downgraded due to lack of availability - even though had a standing reservation as a gold club member. Car was not clean (found food wrappers in the car, not vacuumed, not washed, windows very dirty). Desk clerk tried to be nice. Desk manager pretty much said this is vehicle for you or nothing. At least had a vehicle.
