Absolute terrible service, the person who picked up would not explain anything just insisting about a single vehicle they had. Website does not match anything they have in person.

Twice now we've had an emergency with our own vehicle, and last minute needed to rent one. Israel Jean at the Lyndhurst location was helpful both times and got us into a car very quickly. Highly recommended.
Recently had to rent a car due to car issues and Jean was very accommodating. Would recommend and will be returning.
Needed a last minute rental for the holidays my man Jean hooked it up with a nice cheap affordable rental for a little over a week for really cheap. Amazing customer service from this location definitely would come back here why can’t the other Hertz rental companies have someone as amazing as Jean.
