This is the worst place to rent a car! The people were rude and unpleasant. The cars were used clunkers and they aren't even owned by Hertz. If I could have given a 0 star I would have! Don't rent from this place you will be sorry!

Great staff! I'm shocked at the low star reviews especially because most provide little detail. This makes me think those reviews are from not knowing how to use GPS to find the location or not paying attention to the minimum requirements to rent a car. Either way if you need to rent a car and don't want the inconvenience of the airport or Wichita this is the place to go. Just make sure to plan a little ahead to make your car reservation, pay attention to directions and then zoom zoom you'll be on your way with a smile on your face. You won't get this kind of one on one customer service at many other car rental locations. You'll be rushed through a queue instead.
Cheap rates and the office personal are just great. Sure does make any vacation planning so much easier when I can set everything up online while I'm at home. Used them twice now and I'm sure to use them on any future trips. Toyota Corolla is my ride of choice so that gives ya a 5+++
