I've tried booking from this place a few times and I'm just had terrible experiences this place will let you booked online and then when you get there they say they have no cars for you.. Theres a great quote from Jerry Seinfeld that's very relevant here. "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation—the holding. Anybody can just take them!". - Jerry Seinfeld

Asia waited on me and she was very informative, friendly and answered any questions I had. She made my rental experience so easy.

My car is currently being repaired. I’ve had rental for 6 weeks now and for 6 weeks I’ve been asking for a bigger vehicle. They still are telling me they don’t have a larger vehicle. On top of that the car drives like it’s going to die & the windshield wipers don’t work very well. I highly recommend if you’re going to rent an suv do not go here!!! Don’t waste your time; call someone else.

The phone number online goes to a national call center, not the local office. I scheduled over the phone with a national agent, which costs extra to do. She told me everything I needed would come in an email. Hours later, no email. I called again, got rerouted to the national call center immediately before speaking with anyone local. They told me there was no record of a reservation. I asked to speak with someone in the local office and the agent said they couldn't help me with that.
