The guys are super nice and friendly. They are more pricy than other local shops. It was a bit of a turn off that they open at 8 but physically arrived at the store themselves and was unlocking the front door at 8. To me open at 8 means you are in the building and ready for customer by 8 not arriving yourself at 8.

Over the years, we have ALWAYS received Excellent service at Knoll Automotive...! They repair what needs repaired to stay safe on the roads. Thank you...!

Idk anything at all about cars. I had my car towed here, they said they were busy and couldn't look at until the following week. Fair enough, that's reasonable. The next week, they called me, explained the issues, told me that I basically need a whole new engine. Said they'd get back to me in a few days with prices. Another week goes by before I hear back, only for them to tell me that actually they can't replace my engine. Obviously I didn't know what the problem was before I brought it here, but when they looked at it they should have told me right then they weren't able to do anything for me and saved me a week of time I wasn't able to drive to work. Would give one star but at least they didn't charge me a whole lot and were friendly

Good shop with honest mechanics. Unfortunately, I lost a day’s wages when my vehicle needed to stay a second day. I called the shop 10 minutes before closing time to be told about it needing to stay over night. I didn’t have enough time to scramble a vehicle to drive, plus all of my work ID badges were in my car in the shop. Communication could have been better. The car runs great now.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made an appt for rear brakes on my Porsche last Friday. They kept my car all day, literally from 8am til 5pm. I called to check on it around 1pm and was told they hadn’t even looked at it yet. They called me around 3pm and told me I needed rear brakes. Yes, I know this. I said that when I made the appointment. I was under the impression that they needed to see exactly what kind of brakes were needed since I had never been there before. No parts were ordered when I arrived. They told me they couldn’t order parts until I gave a deposit. Had I known that, I could’ve paid it over the phone. I’ve had car repairs done on previous vehicles and never had to pay a deposit. This was new to me. When I asked what the deposit was I was told $200. I repeated it back,
