Hertz Car Rental - Provo - Provo Airport (PVU)

I seldom leave reviews. Let alone negative ones. I made a reservation through Expedia, canceled it due to a change of plans ON THE SAME DAY, through Expedia, as Hertz's phone number for the office does NOT work (straight to voicemail). Only after receiving a confirmation email (After their 24hr free cancelation window, because of course it was) for the reservation (which was under the impression had been canceled, and was told the request had NOT been recieved) was I able to access THEIR online system and cancel it, incurring a 50$ cancelation fee. God grant me patience...

Always a five-star experience. I rent a lot and always get great service from Hertz at both corporate and licensee locations.

The customer service at this agency is poor at best. The car was fine, but how do you return a car, ask for a receipt and be completely ignored, then have to hunt down someone to send you a receipt is really poor customer service. Please Hertz, Provo has only two car rental companies to choose from, Hertz should be better!!!

Great service at the desk. Reservation was handled quickly and car was ready immediately, and even when the car came up with a low tire pressure signal, employee filled it up quickly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz (Reservation #154156984). I was treated disrespectfully because of my disability and my service dog — a clear violation of the ADA. On top of that, I was charged a $250 cleaning fee even though I had cleaned the vehicle myself, and my deposit has not been returned. This experience caused significant inconvenience and has permanently damaged my trust in Hertz. I hope the company improves staff training on service animals and customer service.
