What I wanted versus what I got!!! Horrible customer service no urgency, and deceptive pricing!! I wanted to do a cash sale treated me terribly! It’s a real shame because they give some really good deals but try to pressure you into financing. They wouldn’t take a hold or anything else and increased the pricing by $2,000 from 8pm Monday to Tuesday at noon. Great way to loose a future customer as this is my recent college grad! We wanted the red Kia priced under 15k they only have available the gray one priced over 16k .Only positive was our sales person Sergio M he was sincere and apologetic while offering alternatives to help us get back to our price range. Would not recommend!!
