Hertz - Uber Norfolk - North Military Highway

Yesterday i called to confirm there were cars for my reservation for today. After 5 calls someone finally answered and told me they couldn’t tell me about it try again tomorrow. it’s now tomorrow and i had to call 17 TIMES! just for them to tell me they don’t have any cars. mind you ive had this reservation for weeks so if you didn’t have a car it should’ve been said atleast two days prior to my reservation. i understand you two hate your job but stop playing with people’s livelihood just because you don’t get paid enough for something you agreed to do. SUPER DISGRACEFUL ! edit : 4 months later and still couldn’t get a car. just shut it down atp!!!

You have to call them ten or more times for them to answer. And if they answer, expect to be on hold forever. I actually drove to the parking lot and there were no customers. Just the workers outside. I'm actually calling them right now for the fifth time today and no answer. I'd share my call log for you guys if I knew how.
