Amazing experience with Carolyn and Josh at Hesser Toyota in Janesville. Carolyn made my experience personal and she was so kind and followed through every step! We built a Grand Highlander together, one that will be something I will have for a long time. Josh made the paperwork seamless and quick! Great team all around with fun personalities!

Service department is speedy but seems to lack some attention to detail. I had valve stem caps missing once after service, and most recently they did not check/adjust my tire pressure to the proper level. Nothing major but these repeated small incidents are annoying. That being said, it's easy to schedule an appointment and they do a good job getting you in and out quickly so it is very convenient to use Hesser toyota for routine scheduled maintenance.

Bought my tundra from hesser no pushy sales man... Stephen and Josh was amazing.went back few months later co- signed for my daughter no hassles. My oil change tire rotation was great.service was great as well as the service group. My son just purchased a 2020 Chevy Z71 trailboss josh worked extra hard to get him the best financing possible. They will always have my business. My hats off to all and each employee at Hesser Toyota....

The service department is outstanding. They are always good at check in and communicating. When something is wrong or needs fixing they are good at explaining the cause. Very happy.
