My husband was looking for a nice used vehicle to drive to work and back. We were researching and test driving for several months until we finally made a purchase from Hetts. Steve was very friendly. Ed and his son made a few exceptions and went above to ensure a smooth closing deal. Ed also gave my husband a few gifts. Tshirt, key chain and he hand selected car mats before he drive off the lot. The power mirrors are broken, and wd discovered they do not work after our purchase. In all fairness I think we checked everything else but the mirrors. Overall great experience with customer service e and very happy we did so. If you are looking for a decent, low cost vehicle you should definitely give this car lot a shot. Very happy with our choice.
