Wow they were so fast and kind! I freaked out because my tire alert went off and noticed my tire was so flat! i rushed to get help from hi auto and he fixed my tire and put air on all of my tires!! Thank you for your help!!

Fast and friendly! Jae, the owner, is responsive and honest. I went to Hi Auto to get a part replaced, which would have cost several dollars elsewhere. I paid less than a tenth of the price and the entire process took less than ten minutes. As a first-time driver and car owner, I've had my fair share of experiences being overcharged for unnecessary services. It's no wonder Jae had been my friend's family mechanic for years.

Blames me for him taking longer than he thought to install a thermostat in the car and was upset of our agreed price and called me cheap. Gave him a second chance and called him over the phone getting a quote for break and rotor installation. He tells me 120 on the phone when I was very clear and said 4 brakes and four rotors. I arrive and he tells me 120 each. I responded that's not what you said on the phone and he said okay okay 220 fot both. I responded I'm already here I'm okay even though you said something else just to do it for 200. He said he's not interested and began to chuckle.
