JD was highly recommended by friends that had him work on their rv. He did a great job servicing the Onan generator on our van. He even found a cable that was rubbing and eventually would short out and probably cause a fire and took care of it before we had an issue. He had a great idea on a better way to deal with an inaccessible fuel filter and made it easier to service in the future. He provides better work and service than the large corporate rv centers in this area and is also more affordable. Because he's good, be prepared for the wait to get an appointment. It is well worth the wait!

A rookie mistake knocked out my shore power. I went to Hi Country for parts and Nancy (I hope I got the name right) provided direct, knowledgeable, and professional service. Only place to go for RV parts and repairs in Prescott Tri-City area. Family owned and operated, I recommend it as far above the local corporate dealers and small mobile servicers. Good prices, excellent quality and dependability.

I have had High Country RV work on my Transit van twice now in 9 years. Both times (install awning and install exhaust fan) they have been up front about the work that would be done, and executed it on time and professionally. There have been no issues with the work or function of the items. They are a small business and thus have a wait time to get the work done. That is normal for small businesses that do good work.

I’ve used JD on a number of issues I’ve had and he has always been detailed, complete, fair, and courteous. I recently had a persistent roof leak, JD stuck with it and resolved it. Thank you JD! Highly recommended..
