I came in for a quick annual inspection to find out I would not pass it because my tire had a chunk taken out of it and my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Myles was completely transparent with me. He showed me where the tire chunk was missing and the problem with my wipers and explained why I wouldn't pass the NC inspection due to these issues. Myles went above and beyond to help me save money by informing me about my car's tire warranty and that I should be covered under it so I wouldn't need to pay the cost of a whole new tire. Myles also let me know the base cost of an annual inspection, a new tire, and new windshield wipers so someone doesn't overcharge me. I received excellent service and highly recommend Myles to anyone else!

The crew at Hi-line made my Camry's servicing efficient and stress-free. Chris, the service manager, was very communicative and clear about what needed to be prioritized and prices were better than I expected. I fully recommend for anyone needing car maintenance done.

Honest, friendly, fair, and prompt. I took my 2014 Volvo XC90 R Design for service. Chris and Mitchell were super friendly. They fully inspected the vehicle, quickly diagnosed the problems, and provided me with honest and practical options to consider. This is the type of service that I want servicing my cars.

These Guys are awesome!! Chris has been real from the very beginning with the initial phone call. Him and the technician were very honest and transparent and wasn’t willing to charge me for something I didn’t need. The Range Rover dealership quoted me an obscene amount and they quoted me less than half but taking a look at the truck they found nothing wrong. For your Land Rover needs take your vehicle here. I apologize I can’t recall the technicians name. It started with an “M”.
