I had an appointment to get a car. Not any car but one in particular. I show up right when they open, ready to buy the car we talked about all week. I came from two states away. I get to the guy and he tells me they sold it the night before. I received no call or email to tell me this. I told him how far I came and he did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even try to SELL ME A CAR! Customer service is abysmal! Don't trust it.
Ronald and Mike, the finance manager, we're AWESOME!! We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted!! They truly are a blessing and we really appreciate them!!
I purchased my first car from Hi Lo, a 2018 Toyota Prius from them this month, out of state. Here is my honest experience / review. The salespeople were pretty helpful, but there were some things that were less than ideal. Pros: * Fairly kind people, easy to talk to * Decent price * Held the car for me without deposit (really appreciated) * Were patient with my loan process Now for the bad… Cons: * Salespeople did not keep in touch / update me on the purchase as much as I had hoped / asked for, I would often have to reach out myself even if they said they would update me (especially for delivery/transport) * Shipping took MULTIPLE weeks, when I was told I would receive the car within one week * Dealership was not willing to negotiate at all * When I asked for videos of the interior a
