They took great care of me. I came in with a stuck driver door that could only be opened from the inside. While there I asked them if they could help replace my headlight. They were more than happy to help. They got me in and out in no time. They even washed my car and puffed my headlights. They look brand new!!! They were very professional but most importantly they took great care of me and went above and beyond what was needed. Thank you!!

A truck slammed into rear of my SUV at a stop light. Friend told me Hi-Tech Auto Body is the best & only auto body shop he would recommend. He is correct. The owners are experts at navigating and explaining the insurance process. During entire process they remained honest, responsive, and finished the job timely. My SUV looks amazing with meticulous painting, repair, replacement, and re-assembly! FYI: My insurance company warned me verbally and in writing that if I didn’t go to one of the insurance company’s body shops all of Hi-Tech charges may not be covered and I would be responsible to pay uncovered charges out of my pocket. The insurance company even offered to tow my SUV for free to one of their body shops. Hi-Tech assured me they knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how to fix,

my wife’s car was involved in a minor incident. they were able to quickly and professionally get it back in service and looking like new. the shop communicated timelines for repair and accurate costs. They were always available when we had questions and quick to reply. We highly recommend them for your auto body needs!
