Xgrid made buying our camper a wonderful experience. From the time I got serious enough to look at the Voyager by Xpedition Trailers, Jeremy was a friendly voice to guide me through all the questions and apprehensions we had about making the purchase. Along with other options that we may not have thought about from other manufacturers. From the consultative sale, to the after sales support from not only Kris and Jeremy and the whole staff at Xgrid, but even the Manufacturer themselves. I have not only been exceedingly happy with my purchase, yet never knew the process and the experience would feel like doing business with friends and becoming part of a family! This is not RVing... this is something else, very special!

We purchased our offroad camper in December at XGrid in Knoxville. Kris was super helpful throughout the process of ordering our BRS Sherpa Gen 3. We are looking forward to our future overland trips! Hubby and I just recently purchased our new TetonX Overland camper! Jeremy and Chris the owners of X grid were fantastic to work with in every aspect of this transaction. I highly recommend visiting their facility. They have lots of different overland campers to choose from. It was fun being able to walk through, and see every make and model that was being sold. Jeremy offered answers to almost every question that we had on every camper. We ended up choosing the TetonX because it fit our lifestyle perfectly. I would highly recommend visiting even if you’re just driving through the area.

I couldn’t have asked for a better camper purchasing experience. From the moment I called, Kris was ready to answer all of my questions. He was enthusiastic about helping me discover and find which model best suited our family and use cases. I think we talked for nearly an entire day with questions going back and forth to make the process as seamless as possible, as we would be driving from over 10 hours away to pick up our trailer from XGrid. When I arrived, they had all of the documentation ready to go and the keys were handed over! But that was just the beginning. They immediately took my truck and started wiring up the 30amp charger to keep our trailers batteries topped off at all times. This last week I drove home my new Mission Overland Summit camper trailer from XGRID Campers in Knoxville, Tennessee. What a great experience! Chris and Kris were fantastic to work with and very supportive throughout the entire process even after the purchase. The delivery day was long and we hit some bumps, but they solved problems like champs…going the extra mile to get things done right. I believe in these guys because they are in the people business and understand that well. I would definitely buy from them again.
