PureMagic Car Wash

I absolutely love Pure Magic Car Wash on US Hwy 11 in Lenoir City! I visit bi-weekly (sometimes it feels almost daily 😅), and every single time I leave with a spotless mom-mobile and a smile on my face. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — you can tell they take pride in what they do. The wash itself does an amazing job, and I appreciate how quick and convenient the whole process is, especially with a busy schedule. If you’re looking for great service, consistent quality, and a team that treats you like a valued customer, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Place was nice when it opened and they got everyone to sign up for memberships now not so much. Vacuums regularly clogged up, no cleaning bottles and mat wash closed, 3-4 employees sitting in office on their phones. Place will go down hill quick and people will cancel if things don’t change. Same thing happened at the Lovell rd location.

Always do an amazing job! Offer free mat cleaners, air, and wiper fluid. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Will never go anywhere else!
