I dropped my car off here to get work done and was told everything would be handled properly. Instead, it turned into a complete nightmare. My car sat on their lot for three days with no updates. When they finally called, I paid nearly $1,000 and went to pick it up—only to realize they had left my doors unlocked the entire time. Because of that negligence, someone went into my car and stole everything inside. To make matters worse, I was told that none of the cameras on their lot were working, which is unacceptable for a business that keeps customers’ vehicles overnight. SHOP IS A HIDDEN GEM! My Mom went to Haiti for a few weeks and I’m a student at the college. My break light wouldn’t turn off causing a dead battery and without my mom I didn’t know what to do. A mechanic named John came to my rescue - come to find out he was the owner - didn’t even charge me for his services and explained I needed to drive the car for about 30 minutes after he fixed it to charge the battery! My mom is grateful and we will be back— thank you kindly!!

I went to this place a couple times. I think they’re nice talking to them, but they tried to fix a wheel sensor on my car that didn’t need fixed- it was the wheel itself, not the sensor, so of course it broke within a week. Then, on my bill, I noticed that they mentioned gold coolant for my engine when my car takes green coolant. When I called and asked she brushed it off and said that’s right? My coolant was empty lol. Never going back.

Spent 1700 turn ball joints in engine repair an alignment vehicle didn't drive straight and stopped running 28 miles after I received it. And it took a month to get the work done. better off going to h&h in Shippensburg,shively's in Shippensburg or Parsons Ford it cost the same to go to one of these major dealerships

I don't have a single complaint about this garage. I scheduled a car inspection and oil change. I only interacted with staff over the phone and through email. It was the easiest process I have experienced. Reasonably priced.
