I don't know what happened with Hicks! I didn't bring a car to them in 2 and half years. Not that I wouldn't have brought my car or van down there. In the past I had awsome work down by them. Let me start from the beginning I had a flat tire on my van chev astro it was a Saturday so I took the tire off and brought the tire and rim down to bjs wholesale it was Saturday. We'll I ordered the tires there. If they where open I would have ordered the tires b at Hicks. So I went home well I noticed when I got home the front brakes on the van was metal to metal I had the car jacked up on stann̈ds it was going to be 2weeks for the tires to come in. So the van is all jacked up already. I don't do heavy work on my cars any more. Changing pads aren't to bad and have two weeks to do it. We'll im alm

Steve had incredible insight and customer service over the phone. I called to ask about pricing for new front brake pads and rotors. They had the best price around at $330 before tax. I was also concerned about a grinding noise whenever I turned my car to the right and mentioned that I thought it could be the CV Joint (based on my Google degree haha). While working on my car, Steve called back to tell me all the concerns I had about my car were due to the brakes and I would be good as new after they fixed them. I was so happy to hear this and it solidified my trust in this business! On top of that, we were able to negotiate a price on an oil change because he price matched what I normally pay. Hicks was recommended to me several months ago by a family friend who spoke very highly of them. I've since taken several cars of mine there several times. These dudes are so good. Their prices are fair and the work is very good. I've never had any issues with the repairs themselves as they have diagnosed and fixed everything properly the first time. And they've legitimately saved me hundreds if not thousands. A few months ago i had a different repair shop tell me the engine was dying on a car that kept stalling several times a day and only fix was complete engine replacement. I brought the car to hicks for a 2nd opinion. They made 1 simple $100 repair and it never stalled again. They have become my go-to repair shop. Can't recommend highly enough.
