I recently visited **Take 5 Oil Change** at 5395 Abbe Rd, Sheffield, OH 44035 (Store #0618), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional, getting my oil change done quickly while I stayed comfortably in my car. A big shoutout to **Trinity**, **Dom**, **Javi**, and **Chris**—you guys were fantastic! They worked together seamlessly, explained everything clearly, checked all the fluids and tire pressure without me even asking, and made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. If you're in the area and need a fast, reliable oil change, this location is top-notch. Highly recommend—5 stars! 🚗💨

I got an oil change and they told me they would refill my tires and top off my liquids. I had to remind them my oil change meter needed reset and they didnt even close my hood when finishing and my back right tire ended up FLAT when I left this place and because of my circumstances I wasnt even able to get back to them to fix it. My tire was at approx 24-26 and by the time I left it was at 16 then completely FLAT. Do not go here! I allowed them to upsell me to get Prem oil when I definitely usually get the general oil and its never been a problem. Will NOT be returning (:

Amazing job, the girl was very nice, made sure she found my oil filter,(since y hoopty is old lol) she found it… service was quick and chilled. I will definitely keep going back.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Reasonable cost. Took a little longer than I expected but it is a newly opened branch and it appears they are working out some kinks. Would definitely go back.

Took my car in for a quick oil change and everyone was very friendly and professional. They didn’t try to up sale me on anything. It only took about 15 minutes start to finish. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
