Quick Lane at Mike Bass Ford

For the most part, the service is good and generally quick. But of late, the online scheduling does not work. I tried to call to make an appointment on Juneteen but no one answered, even tried sales but no answer, then their AI popped up and I asked for hours, she came back they were open and what did I need help on. I replied needing an appointment for oil change, she asked all the information and I told her what time and day I needed. She said no problem, gave me what I needed. I arrived at my time and the service had no such appointment and they told Bass about this. But I was able to get one the same day in the afternoon. Their automation needs work

Very nice and welcoming. I am from out of town and they were very helpful with getting my vehicles oil change. I did make an appt for same day. The waiting area is spacious and they offered coffee and tea with a TV to watch and vending machines. Makes time pass by fast.

Made an appointment for an oil change, was told 9:30 am. I showed up at 9:00 am, I'm aware I was early. Was greeted with "your appointment is at 9:40 am and the wrong vehicle information. Fine, whatever, moving on. I was here for over 2 hours. I left at 11:15 am. That is unacceptable with an appointment.

Fast friendly service

Website stated open at 7am, but doesn't open until 7:30am. Have to make an appointment, but again not stated on website. Five customers, including me, arrived at 7am, as stated on website, waited until 7:30am, and were turned away. Did not see anyone with appointments dropping off. I recommend going to Elyria Ford, able to make an appointment on their website.
