High Point Residence Fox Valley

The ownership change and the level of support, along with staffing changes has decreased immensely. Not a supportive community under the new ownership. We have been here for almost nine years but will leave.

Vistas of Fox Valley is a wonderful facility for a loved one to reside. The staff is uplifting and caring. One staff member Jazmin really stands out. She treats not only my sister with genuine care, she continues to show me she cares about well being of Vistas residents

We were looking for a place to help my stepfather transition into his next step of his life, and this place is just wonderful! They are attentive, caring, and so much more. They treat him Wonderfully and he doesn’t stop talking about how much he loves this place! The staff is so supportive in every respect and everybody that works there is so friendly. It’s very clean , smells wonderful , and has all the amenities To make sure that their residents are comfortable and thriving. I really lucked out in finding this place and would recommend it to anyone- you won’t regret it. My family And I Have peace of mind, knowing that He’s in extremely good hands.

The Vistas of Fox Valley is a great place for your loved ones to receive quality support. The staff goes beyond the minimum requirements to serve their residents. Karina Hernandez is the Business Office Manager. She is extremely professional and exudes superior service to the residents and their families. My family and I are truly grateful for Karina. My family and I looked into other supportive living facilities for our loved one. We failed to locate another place that provided better care, attention and overall services than The Vistas of Fox Valley. The Vistas of Fox Valley is a true blessing and is highly recommended!

We moved my mom into The Vista’s, Fox Valley in March 2022 and I couldn’t be more grateful for how much the staff has worked to help her get acclimated to her new home. The staff from Receptionists to CNA’s to Activities have all gone above and beyond to provide her care and get her involved in the many activities. I feel better every time I go home that her safety is always their top priority and they are very responsive to her needs..
