Ralph and his crew are a special breed. Saying they are very professional is not enough. They are the extremely rare vendor that is more interested in delivering a high quality job than the customer. I gave Ralph my boat in hopes he could remove some scratches and bring it back to "like new" condition. I need to say that some of the scratches were more like gouges. He took care of my boat like it was his own and the results are well beyond my expectations. The ceramic coating is a little expensive. But the results are worth every penny.
