I came here for a simple radiator replacement and asked a few fair questions about the part they were using. Instead of explaining clearly and telling me what part they put in, the owner and the front desk lady called me “crazy” for wanting to know what was going into my own car. They kept saying “come back Monday” even though it was only the shop was open. Only after I pushed did they finally show me the supplier receipt which proved it wasn’t an original Subaru radiator, even though they told me it was. And they still charged me the inflated price. The work seems okay, but the attitude and lack of transparency were completely uncalled for. No customer should be insulted or shamed just for asking for honesty.

This guy will let the paisanos through inspection with leaky and modified exhaust but refused to even bring me in the bay because of "bumper damage" (which a reputable inspector, even while failing me for legitimate reasons, didn't look twice at). Look at the names on the positive and negative reviews. Notice a pattern? It's not 1 to 1 but something's up here.

Patrick is the best around! Always kind and so helpful. I never leave reviews but this man deserves all the business. If you are worried about a mechanic trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge about cars, this is the place to go. Very efficient inspection service as well.

We had an issue on our trip to Boston, and this wasn't so far from our hotel. Even though the shop had just closed, they looked at our car and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Give them your business!

Have been here a few times for battery issues and other stuff. Each time Wally was super chill, and took care of everything after I dropped it off. Great prices, very thorough, and I always walk away learning something new about cars.
