High Tread Tires

*****BUYER BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY***** Purchased 2 pre-owned Continental tires from High Tread Tires on eBay. Both of the tires I received had been repaired and one of them had a side wall repair and could not be mounted because there was a leak and not safe to drive on. Reached out to seller regarding replacement and or refund and was told that their disclaimer states that they sell repaired tires and none of the tires they sell have side wall repaired (not indicated on the tires I bought), clearly this was a lie and a violation of their disclaimer. Now the seller wants me to now drive to FedEx to ship the tire back before they can process my refund. I've asked them to schedule a pickup but they are refusing to do so and wants me to pay for shipping! I will be taking legal action under the

These guys are very impressive! From the estimate to the communication during repairs, I was very impressed. Doug, I believe he may be the owner? He is knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything in detail before, during, and after the repairs were completed. Not to mention the money I saved from pure honesty, I didn't feel rushed or like I was being scammed like I have been before. My dad is now going to use their shop for his truck. Bought a set of tires on eBay and they didn’t work out for me so I sent them back Via FedEx . eBay had opened up a return for me because when I had asked for a return label, they refused to give me one so I had to go through eBay directly nevertheless, the tire had to be sent back by 15 January. I had a family emergency in which my family member got very sick with cancer and I was incredibly tied up so I couldn’t send the item back until around the 22nd, the item was sent back FedEx. They received the item and they refused to give me my refund because they said that it was outside of the return window in which was set by them and eBay for the 15th. I had not returned it within the 10 days they allowed me to return it so they kept my money and they kept the tire they claimed they have a 30

recently purchased 4 new tires from them asked them if I need an appointment they said no when the tires came in I got a call in the morning telling me to "come down anytime we'll take care of you" I drove 30 mins to them after unloading the loose wheels the person I was dealing with then told me it would be an hour and a half I said no worries ill grab lunch and come back I came back an hour and a half later and was told they just started working on them and it will be done in 30 mins Now 2 hours in I ask at the counter what is going on and instead of being courteous I get ganged up on by 3 different people behind the counter saying things like " you can see how busy we are" and "we cant let you cut the line because you dont want to wait" All and all took them 3 hours to mount and bala
