Had a great experience with the dealership Wilder RV in Clinton MO. The Open Range 177BH we bought is very nice. We haven't had a chance to take it out as yet, but we love it. It's roomy, seems well built, it pulls nice, and is nice looking. We will know more when we take it on a cross country trip in the near future.

Solid quality, dealer relations and great value for the price. I recommend Highland Ridge as a reliable travel trailer to those in the market to make a purchase.

We purchased a Highland Ridge Open Range 182RB which is a small travel trailer . It is only for two of us plus our German Shepherd the interior design is great with a walk around queen bed and everything else is well spaced for being a smaller trailer 20’. It tows great with an anti-Sway bar never towed without it so don’t know how it would tow but safety first we had one installed. We had a few small issues with the trailer was fixed under warranty and the dealership had it fixed in two days it fits in our driveway and we store it in the winter we did look at other brands but for the same price the other trailers just didn’t have the same features and weren’t as well built. We’ve been highland ridge rv owners for the past 4 years and absolutely love our rig! They’re very well built especially for the cost and the customer service has been incredible. We’ve driven ours around the country through mountains and beach towns with no issues. Highly recommend this brand!

UPDATED: 3/27/19 Open Range is a joke when it comes to any warranty work. In three warranty appts they have had our trailer nearly 6 months out of the 2 years we have owned it. Open Range will only let warranty work happen after they authorize and send parts to dealer. For a usb port it took them 8 weeks. For the door to the utilities on the back of the trailer another 6 weeks or so. These guys don't care and or are incapable of efficient warranty work. My advise to you is buy a year or two old trailer, let people like me eat the 40% depreciation and work the kinks out with all the manufacturing defects, then buy our stuff.... Wish I had done that!
