I was concerned about an oil leak and I had a trip coming up and they did great at working me in very last minute before the weekend. Then they checked it out and didn't charge me for that which was very kind of them. I had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend!!!

While here on vacation I began hearing a noise coming from my truck I couldn’t identify so I started looking for a place with good reviews that I could pay to do an inspection for me to save me from possibly being stranded on the side of the highway going back home to Michigan. I stopped at Shipshewana auto service and was greeted by friendly staff that clearly wanted to help me. The guy that came out was extremely helpful. He was persistent to figure out what the issue was. He crawled under my truck out in the parking lot checking out several possible things it could have been. When it wasn’t any of the things I had suggested he had me pull up closer to the building. There he promptly had my truck up on a jack, tools in hand and was able to find and fix the problem and get me back on

We were traveling through Shipshewana and woke up to find a dead battery. We got jump started and headed to Shipshewana Auto Service. They were able to get a replacement and quickly get us back on the road. Excellent service at a fair price!
