Why would I NEVER buy one of these again!! These problems started within one month of owning. We live full time in ours and are so dissatisfied with this warranty process and the stories of others. 1-back leg motor was bad and was replaced 2-half of the usb outlets don’t work and never have 3-our furnace component melted and was replaced. Crazy to think that this could have been a bad situation. We were only reimbursed for the components and not the labor of a mobile mechanic which we were told we would be and had two mobile services with the warranty. We were told we got a great deal on this RV, almost half off. Hahaha!! We really didn’t!!! People need to stop wasting their money on these junks.

Sharrita with customer service is a Godsend. Good customer service is more important than anything else in the RV and car world. No RV manufacturer is perfect and all have service departments for those of you who insist on buying something brand new. Not me, thanks to all of you who seem to want to finance new vehicles and take the depreciation hit - I am more than happy to buy an RV 5 years later after all the repairs have been made. 🥰 I love my KZ Connect C241RLK!!! It is perfect for my use. And I will buy another one when I upgrade probably to a Sportsman or to a KZ fifth wheel depending upon what part of Texas I'm visiting in the winter. Wayne and his team are amazing. Our Venture 291vqb is so nice. The bunkhouse is a sewing room for us and extra storage. Quality of KZ trailers are by far top notch. Make all your dreams come true in a KZ!

Protect your credit card. In July I purchased some parts from KZ RV. Instead of charging the correct amount they keyed in the wrong amount, rounding down to an even $550. Around November I discovered a new charge from them. When I asked them what the $3 charge was for I was told that there was still $2.66 left on the invoice. So they just decided to charge $3. Not $2.66. They said they would refund me the 40 cents. ??? Why 40 cents. the discrepancy was 34 cents. Why are they rounding the invoice total, the balance, the refund? It's been 6 weeks. No refund. No response to emails I don't think it's fraud, just sloppy business practices and lack of concern

Having owed a Durango Glod RV since it was new I have realized how absolutly atrocious the build quality is. I don't even like to use the word "quality" in that sentence because there is very little. Loose screws left everywhere, I still find them. I recently switched out the mattress and there were loose screws under the mattress tearing it up. They used the incorrect clamps on the nylon water lines so they all eventually leak. Even simple things like the cutout for the trash can was done with absoulty no care and looked like a 3 year old did it. Behind what I'd call the service walls looks like a trash can, bits of wiring insulation scattered everywhere and of course more loose screws. But what sent me over the edge was the furnance is going out so I needed to get under there and repair
