Highland Service Center did a great job servicing my car. They gave me an excellent price which was significantly lower than other shops and were honest, respectful, and easy to work with. The staff took time to explain things clearly without any pressure or upselling. Great service and great people. Highly recommend.

Went in there to get my windshield reservoir fixed, which they fixed. Came to pick up my car and my door mirror was hanging off. I asked Them how did that happen and they refused to take accountability to say it didn’t happen there which it did because my car did not come in like that. They refused to fix it so instead they put zip tags on it. Highly upset and very disappointed that i left My car with them to come back with a broken mirror

Wanted to give these guys a quick shout out. My cars heat shield got caught on something and was scrapping on the road when I would drive. I took it in to Highland and they removed the busted heat shield for free. They were fast and friendly to work with and I was happy I stopped by for their help.

Car had some major problems, everyone there worked with me and understood money was tight. Gave me several options and very pleasant while doing so. If you live in the area, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. -made it affordable -did the job quicker than I could expect -gave me a ride home because they saw I was about to get an Uber.
