Took my car in because the switch to open my hatch wasn't working. He couldn't diagnose or fix it, and suggested to just wire it into my taillights for power. Problem was, whenever it was used my taillights went out and had to be reset. But at least the hatch worked ,, So he charged me $350 to jury rig a switch, only expense to him was about 2 ft of old wire he used. Fine, I already knew he charged $120 an hour, my big problem was, I sat there the whole time waiting on the repair, as I didn't have a ride to just drop my car off - During that time, he talked with a lady who walked in for at least half an hour, she spilled coffee on her radio and now was having all kinds of problems, they just gabbed on and on ,, Later, another guy walked in and he talked with him at least 20 minutes, and he

1/10 experience for me had these wheels on my car not even a week took my car to hills picked it up and my brand new wheels were curbed. I told him before I even left the establishment he pretty much claimed he didn’t and wouldn’t even give me back a few dollars or discount it. And not to mention I was charged 240$ as he claimed my starter was bad. Lo and behold I replaced the starter was still having the issues it ended up being bad battery cables in the car. Overall don’t recommend especially if you have low profile tires.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Takes great care in explaining the problem that the vehicle may have and very detailed a technical analysis to the customer. I would definitely recommend this business.

This place is amazing! The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues! I was treated respectfully, priced fairly, and most importantly, the service was done in the same day! Will definitely be back, and I refer everyone here!

Went recently because my window wouldn’t roll up and my car guy recommended me. Dropped it off for him to check it out. He wanted 500 to fix it which i was not willing to pay. Went to pick my car up and was charged $200 just for him to check it out and tell me what the issue was. He never brought this hourly rate to my attention beforehand, otherwise I would have took my vehicle elsewhere. Went somewhere and got it rolled up for $35 and said they could fix the problem when I was ready for $70 I just have to get the part. Played is an understatement of how I feel. This is how you lose business. Inform your customers of your rate prior to doing any work to their vehicle, or in this case just diagnosing. I have never been charged for someone looking at my vehicle or seeing what an issue was
