Unfortunately it doesn't matter which Hillcrest you are at they are all heavily plagued with the problems you mentioned as well as other problems. I would never consider Hillcrest for myself or a family member even if I didn't have the option. Until management is replaced and decent individuals are hired to do these jobs the problems will continue and probably get worse. Unfortunately by then it may be too late for the individuals involved. Take the time and research other options because I have no doubt that nothing will change the way things are done by Hillcrest at any of their facilities.

The facility appears severely understaffed, and the level of day-to-day attention residents receive does not match the image presented during tours or on the website.
