Nearly 11 weeks in the shop to fix 3 things, that as far as I know they didn't have to wait to get parts for. I received 1 phone call to update me in this entire time. My attempts to find out information in the mean time were in vain, because nobody knew "what was going on with it" when I called to find out what was taking so long. My car sat in the same spot in their lot for over a month while the spaces around it were filled and emptied. They seem to have done decent work on the little repairs that they did, but offered no remorse or even acknowledgement that they had my car for nearly 11 weeks to essentially just change the spark plugs and replace a few wheel sensors. Hills is THE BEST!!! All the guys go above and beyond the call of duty,work with Warranty Companies and do the repairs perfectly! I won't go anywhere else. They've always treated me so well,and I appreciate them greatly!!!!

Have used them several times over the years. I'm handy and do most of my own work but wiring isn't my strong point. They got it in within a week and fixed same day for a great price considering how much time and money I'd already spent on it myself.

These people are awful. Our van has been waiting to get a new transmission for 3 months. We aren't able to use it. My husband has called over and over and over again, and the only guy that knows about it is always gone and their communication is terrible. DON'T take your Vehicle here!

This shop took me in without an appointment and treats clients as their friends , their knowledge and professionalism exceeds the big city dealerships. I would , and do , recommend them . Update 12 -28 -2022 Hills continues it's fine treatment of customers , providing quick service at affordable prices . They intend to stay around as a business for a long time and I will continue to support that plan. 8-23 -2024 update They are still excellent at customer service, friendly , fast , and competent and I remain a loyal customer .
