Extremly helpful and cordial staff. I had a great customer service experience here today. 2 young men were very friendly and helpful. They installed a new battery for me very quickly. I will definitely go back for my auto parts needs.

I was recently traveling from Illinois to Kansas when I began having battery issues on interstate 44, losing all dashboard lighting and cruise control power. After googling to closest automotive store, I ended up at this location. I worked with associate, Josh, who was absolutely outstanding. He was able to diagnose and rectify the issue promptly. His professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency was second to none. This store is very lucky to have such an employee! Thanks for getting us back on the road, Josh!

Super blade broke in rain got me fixed up good to go

The older gentleman there was so so helpful. My husband broke down at midnight and I came to help him early in the morning and when I got to O'Reilly's he was so kind and when I brought my old part back he was still so kind. About 3 people came in and out while I was there both times and he knew all of them and called them by name. He sounds like an amazing person and employee.
