NAPA Auto Parts - Mount Vernon Auto Parts

I asked for a part that was recommended to me and they were not sure it was compatible with my vehicle. So the young man who had been talking to me suggested going on line to see if it was there. Well he was right about it not being right. He said he was glad and since I had already spent several 100 on truck he knew if I ordered online it would be cheaper as I was at end of finances. I really appreciated his nudge in that direction and will most certainly return for business here! Great service!

I'm glad to see businesses investing in Mt.Vernon and especially auto parts stores , I hope this one develops a loyal following and remains here even with higher prices , because their products are superior. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful , the parts are of a higher standard , the tools are professional grade , and the store is huge.

The staff were extremely helpful in ordering a special part for my 95 suburban...and gave me the link to order what they didn't have! Nice, well stocked store and knowledgeable staff!

I'm a truck driver and I had lost my e.r.g book even thou the did carry what needed they managed to track one down and even offered to pick it up for me . So now I'm back on the road thanks to the helpful staff . I'm now a Napa customer
