I Highly recommend CDJR in Hillsboro! I’d give a million stars if I could to this dealership & the sales manager Jarvis & salesman Titus. my husband has challenged credit & I myself don’t have credit at all, they worked their butts off for 2 days and made it happen for our family with a 2023 Dodge Durango that fits our kids & us perfectly! We love it so much, and could not thank these two guys enough for everything they did to get our family into the SUV we wanted.

I broke down right next door to this dealership and what could’ve been a stressful, frustrating day turned into the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team went above and beyond to help me. Ricky, my sales guy, was kind, quick, and honest. Sidney, the manager, made sure everything moved smoothly, efficiently, and worked an amazing deal. Rafael in finance explained everything clearly and made the paperwork easy. Wyatt in service helped me out with my car that broke down. I was in an out in under 2 hours! They turned a bad situation into a blessing, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend this team!

Tyler McCaghren was amazing! Management was amazing! Finance was amazing! I know this location when it was under different ownership was NOT worthy of even 1 star in my opinion… but DON’T let that stop you from shopping. After my son passed away, trading his vehicle in was emotionally hard on me. They were so helpful, compassionate and professional. They are also very informative, too. They treat you like family or you’ve been their best friend your whole life. We bought a 2023 Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition…. Expensive yes…. Worth the cost…. Most definitely! The value doesn’t drop like cars and SUVs do. I will never be anything other than a truck owner. Give them a shot! It’s so worth it.

I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Their advertised price on a 2023 Ford Bronco went up $5,842 over the course of a 2 hour negotiation. They didn’t advertise that they only sell vehicles if you purchase their extended warranty, financing, and other charges. Enrique (Ricky) kept going back to his “Manager” and coming back with a higher price than he had given me before. He actually tried to run my credit before he would even give me a price and when I pushed them on it he said that is what his manager told him. When I finally just asked for that cash price they raised the price the $5,842 because they couldn’t hide the hidden charges with financing Terms. It was delivered yesterday by Tyler Hudson and another individual, my wife was ecstatic. Hillsboro CDJR is an hour and a 1/2 for my home in Allen Tx. Tyler and the team at Hillsboro did everything on the phone. And by text message, the easiest time I've ever had in 50 years of buying a vehicle.
