Hillsboro Ford, LLC Service

Friendliest and best interaction I have had with any Ford service department. Was passing through the area when my 2011 150 had a strange electrical issue. This happened after hours so after hours of checking every fuse, rely, battery and electrical connection I could think of I had it towed their service dept and came back in the morning. Had a brief conversation about what had taken place and the initial thought was maybe the PCM was out. And I have forgotten the name of the tech they had come take a look at it. After a quick recap with him, he asked if I had anyone in the passenger seat with me at the time, to which I had one of my teenagers. The tech then reached under the dash and said he found the problem the wiring to the internal fuse box had come loose. It took him all of 30 sec

Excellent service from Randy and his tech/mechanic. We were on our way from Fort Worth back to Austin after a great weekend of fun at The Texas Motor Speedway for the races. My 2019 Ford F-150 shudders on the road in Hillsboro, Tx, and my wife immediately began to smell a burning smell. So I pull over at the Bucces. We discovered the transmission appears to have a leak. So we decided not to chance it and called Hillsboro Ford. I got connected with Randy, who said to bring it, buy So his tech can take a look at it. We found out the transmission fluid was overfilled from a previous service, and the tech was able to reduce the fluid down to the proper level AT NO CHARGE!
