Brendon at Thompson did an amazing job getting my sons 47re back to working great. Had them put together a unit that could support 800HP and he was even able to utilize some of the existing parts without pushing for me to upgrade things that weren’t needed. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back for my other trucks.

So intial communication was great, told me id be better served with a built trans so we went that route, 68rfe 2wd and scheduled me to get there in the morning and swap out everything went smoothly. Unfortunately once i got home 80 miles away, i noticed that same night there was a puddle of trans fluid in my driveway. I messaged him a video and expressed my concerns, told me to take it back the next day so i did. He inspected it and said the seal or bushing wasnt sealing correctly or was bad that he would order in the parts ($40-$60) and id bring it back and theyd reseal it. That was september 2024, up to this point ive gotten told that the parts were going to be delivered, then told the parts werent in stock and then theres been points of no communication at all as well. Man these guys are the real deal! They got me in and out in one day, I have a 2018 f250 that I pull a 30’ gooseneck with daily and the transmission started acting up so I took it to these guys and they knocked it out showed me what my old parts looked like explained everything I needed to know and were very professional too plus the rate was almost unbeatable I highly highly recommend these guys plus with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty you can’t beat that!
