Went in for a heater core flush. I told them I had to be out by a certain time for work. 4 hours later I'm told that they ordered a different part (without calling to see if I could afford it) and they were waiting on that. I told them I had already replaced that part at the beginning of the year. She told me to replace it again because it was bad and that would fix the no heat issue. Waited another hour before they had my vehicle back together, so a total of 5 hours there when I live over an hour away. Spent the money on a new blend door actuator for there to still be no heat in my car. I called to see about getting back in to have them do the original service I scheduled and be out by a certain time. The woman I spoke with said she didnt know where she could put me to have me out by that

Used to recommend to all family and friends. This is no longer the case and I actively discourage people from going to this shop. The techs are amazing and knowledgeable, Mike, however, is one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying a lot in this day and age. He was combative, argumentative, and confrontational regarding overlooked issues related to my vehicle. He became agitated and angry when questioned about said work. They failed to notify me of a leaking fuel injector, while replacing another, and this precipitated a lengthy stay of my vehicle (3 weeks) which led to compounding issues with my steering and a newly formed coolant leak. The information Mike provided was deceptive and incomplete and he became increasingly difficult to communicate with

Excellent staff! Skilled and trustworthy mechanics. We have been here a few times for needed service and have future service planned for fun car projects. They are not intimidated by or irritated with the fact that we have sporty tuner cars. I'd give TEN stars if we could. Praise the Lord for this place of business!

Mike took great care of me and my car. He was Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He and his staff saved me money, time and real anxiety. Love this place the Gentleman who work here are really nice and understanding I can say they care about a person and their car needs not just to take money I've been coming here for a few months or so to get my car took care of I always make sure I'm scheduled in my car needs a lot of work done if it wasn't for this place to work with me I wouldn't have a car right now I'm struggling as single parent to make ends meet I'm very grateful for everyone who works here Many Blessings to them All ..
