Got a flat tire nearby and took it in without an appointment hoping they would be able to help. They were so nice and patched it up free of charge while I went to a job interview. Was fixed and ready to go when I got back a couple hours later. Will definitely go back if I have any other car issues!

I took my vehicle in to be checked for break repair and an oil change and was greeted within minutes of arrival. Customer service is great! Staff is very friendly and informative. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I didn’t have an appointment. The problem was diagnosed and I was given a price. I approved the work and was pleasantly surprised when the mechanic let me know they would start work immediately. My vehicle was repaired while I waited. I was in and out in no time and pricing is very affordable. I recommend this place and will be bringing my other vehicles here for any repairs.

We initially booked HMB for an oil change and alignment, however, upon drop off we were informed they also offer body work. They offered a free and thorough estimate for the body work. They were even able to tell us what the previous shop did to cause the current issue. We will be returning next month for the body work and an inspection for my husband. The facility was clean and spacious (allowed for social distancing). There’s a nice vending machine machine so that you won’t have to starve while waiting on your vehicle. Additionally, each of the staff were kind and helpful. We were highly pleased with the services we received. We look forward to returning and making HMB our one stop shop for all our vehicle needs.

I took my car here for an inspection and routine maintenance based on the reviews (they opened recently explaining the lack of reviews). Mac, the owner, fit me in same-day and everything went smoothly. Mac's communication skills surpass what I've experienced with other mechanics. Most importantly, he actually did what he said he would... sounds small but I've found that a lot of mechanics have issues with this. I would recommend HMB to anybody looking for an honest mechanic in Charlotte.

Best auto service experience I’ve ever had. Went in for an inspection and my headlight bulbs were out, they picked up new ones and had them swapped out and me out the door within 30 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better communication throughout this process as well. This will be the only shop In the Charlotte area I will take my vehicle to from now on. Can’t recommend it enough
