Hoffman Car Wash

Had bird shit on my hood, went through twice, still didn't take it off $18 wash. Then employee Katy said I needed an ultimate wash membership because my car looks like it hadn't been washed in a long time and the bird shit was "set in" all I wanted was the bird shit off my car, evidently $18 was not enough. Horrible service!

I took my 2024 truck to get washed. I paid for the best wash on the screen, $25. As I was coming out the blowers were not drying the water off. I parked it, got out and looked. My truck was still covered in soap. As I looked closer I noticed scratches all the way down both sides of the truck. I had the Assisstant manager come out and look at it. He tried lieing to me about the scratches. He's calling them "friction marks" that are left from their foam pads. The scratches are deep and past the clear coat. The assistant manager told me they are trained to lie to customers about the scratches. They tried avoiding filling out an incident report. It took me asking them numerous times to fill the incident report out. Becareful going to this car wash.

Little over priced for what you get, and every other time I go when leaving, my car experiences a large thud, and I can feel it from the inside, the employees also seem to not care about their jobs and mope around like depressed teenagers. . But, hey, my cars clean.

It’s off Vestal Parkway in Vestal NY Also they have other locations in NY state like Albany, Rochester and more. I have been member since 2011 with fixed monthly fees unlimited car washes !! Very useful in winter snow period .. Free vacuum Bay Area for internal car cleaning. Very little human interaction. You enter monthly members lane on your windshield code is read by above mounted camera opens the gate and you drive to the washing bay where attendant would guide you thru tracing area and then waves you the put your car in neutral mode. Close your window and you are thru the auto wash lane with initial water spray soap brushes polishing sides top back etc goes thru rinse cycle like washing machine add some shine coating snd blows dry the car and you are almost out with green light put in

I went here today to wash my dog and vacuum my car! Love that the vacuums are free! That helps me tremendously. The dog wash was great except it took a long time for the water to get warm which sucks because I paid for the 10 minute wash! The wet dog vacuum is AMAZING helps get the hair dried faster and gets some of the loose fur out! Love coming here for my car too but didn’t need it today!
