Outstanding work and very professional. I’ve been to Hoffman collision a few times and my customer experience always exceeded My expectations. From the front desk And working with Cassandra to consulting with Wes regarding the work needed On my car and ultimately to the workers behind the scene who actually do the work. Final result was excellent! It’s Their consistency that earns them this review.

I just received my Audi back after a T- Bone and it looks phenomenal; the paint match is impeccable. Wes and Cassandra were excellent with communication and overall support, especially when it came to dealing with the other parties stubborn insurance. I had the best experience getting my car fixed at the Hoffman Collision Center! They restored my car to brand new after my accident. Pick up and drop off of a rental car from the nearby Enterprise was super easy, they kept me up to date on the work being done on my car, and seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company. Great service great work. They finished it a day early so I could plow with it. Saved me money with excellent condition used parts. It’s a 2017 so used is fine. Repairs are excellent and I highly recommend them. I will use them for any future repairs I need.
