We've been with Hoffman Lexus for many years now. The service department and mechanics are top of the line! Matt our service coordinator was courteous, in formative and extremely helpful. Our tech Derek is sooo good! We love Derek! Great video illustrating concerns, items that could or should be addressed, was helpful. We highly recommend the Hoffman Group for service, whether you purchased your vehicle there or not.

He took the time to clearly explain the recommended services, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in every decision.
