This was hands down the best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with the owner and explained that I was on a tight time crunch. He had never met me or spoken to me before, yet he immediately understood my situation. He listened carefully and asked all the right questions. He even deviated from another job he was heading to and told me he would come along with his technician, since the technician had never worked on a Cybertruck before. He arrived faster than expected and kept me informed the entire time about where his technician was. Once on site, he personally walked his technician through the proper process for lifting this specific truck without damaging the battery.
