Went in for an alignment and tire balancing. Walked away with my vehicle alignment worse than when it got there, when I asked for the spec sheet (something you get at any and every shop after getting an alignment) the manager said he didn’t have a printer so he couldn’t give me one so I ask for it to be email to me and just couldn’t provide me with any info on what was done. So then upset I left and in my way home my alignment was way off. So when I got home I noticed my custom wheel were badly damaged by the balancing machine. The manager name Nick was terrible to deal with from the start what a shame. I am bringing this up to corporate because I feel like the current manager obviously lacks the capability of costumer service. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. These wheels are no
