When I first gave them a call they were very polite and knowledgeable. They gave me the price for 4 new tires right away over the phone. Just a few days later I had my vehicle at their shop. They completed the work promptly and gave me a call as soon it was ready. After the work was complete, I noticed a few small details that changed my impressions bit. They didn’t check tire pressure according to the vehicle. I would have appreciated if they cleaned up the new tires a little bit from grease and left over sealant. I think those little details really make a big impact on customer satisfaction. They corrected the tire pressure immediately after returning to the shop. Stopped in to have a tire checked (bought the tire insurance when I purchased the tires) - and was overdue for an oil change. Hogan was able to repair the tire and perform an oil change. The Tech asked if I wanted a bulb replaced and I said yes. Very professional team in Beverly.
